Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.

What we collect

When you sign up for Pinpitch, we collect:

  • Your email address and account password (hashed — we never store your plaintext password)
  • Company name, industry, and a description of what you sell — so our AI can personalize outreach
  • Prospect names and companies you research — these are only used to generate your research dossiers and email drafts
  • Usage data like search counts and session activity, so we can enforce plan limits and improve the product

We do not collect browsing history, personal finances, or sensitive categories like health or political affiliation.

How we use it

We use your data to run the Pinpitch service: research dossiers, AI email drafts, and your account dashboard. That's it. We don't use it for product analytics, training AI models, or anything beyond operating the service you signed up for.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing or advertising. Your prospect research and company information stay private to your account.

One exception: we use trusted service providers to run the product (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing). They are contractually bound to use your data only for the specific service they provide to us.

Encryption

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) when it moves between your browser and our servers, and encrypted at rest on our database infrastructure. This supports our "encrypted and never shared" claim on the landing page.

No security measure is perfect, but we use industry-standard encryption and follow reasonable practices to keep your data safe.

Your rights

You can access, delete, or export your data at any time. To do any of these, email us at privacy@polsia.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. When you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it unless法律规定 requires otherwise.

Cookies and third-party services

Meta Pixel. We use Meta's tracking pixel on our site. It collects device and browser information and may set a cookie in your browser. Meta uses this data per their Privacy Policy. We fire a "Lead" event when you sign up and a "Purchase" event when you complete checkout — both include your plan and amount.

Polsia Analytics. We use Polsia's analytics service to understand how visitors move through our site. It captures session activity, UTM parameters, and attribution data. This data is owned by us and used only to improve our funnel.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly without them.
